Welcome to Cupcakes, Crafts and Cuddly Canines. We are Carol and Alex Abbotts, a mother and daughter team.

We craft together, sometimes on the same projects and sometimes on separate works, and bake together. A great team we work to each others strengths.

We just moved to Lincolnshire after selling our brick and mortar business where we sold our crafts and cakes in Cornwall. We aren’t currently a operating as a business as our new property in Lincolnshire needs renovation.

But we still have lots of craft tips to share. Our creativity can’t be pinned down to just one thing. We always like to try something new as long as it is cute! 

Specialising in a range of crafts including but not limited to jewellery making-silver smithing, polymer and silver clay, bead work, cabochons and more-painting, textile art, knitting, tote bag and card illustration.

We bake a range of cakes, cupcakes, tray bakes and more. We have qualifications and experience in sugar craft flowers, sugar figures and general decoration. Our buttercream is infamous and we have been asked for it’s delicious secret recipe many times.

We aren’t currently baking as the current kitchen is not up to scratch. So we are experiencing other food journeys over on our Instagram including finally going back out for meals and trying new products. 

We also have three cuddly canines who join us and inspire us in all things crafty! Isabella, Percy Pig and Daisy Cow. Hence our name-Cupcakes, Crafts and Cuddly Canines!

We want to help you find the perfect gift, design the perfect showstopper cake and plan the perfect event for your loved ones. (Currently of the human variety but we are working on the four legged kind-keep an eye open)
